Abstract

The invention provides a broken wire detection method of a PCCP (Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe) steel wire. The broken wire detection method comprises the following steps: S1: a detection vehicle is automatically or manually controlled to move forwards, and in a movement process, displacement changing condition is recorded and detected by a measurement device; an alternating current signal generated by a main engine is continuously received by an emission probe and a corresponding electromagnetic wave signal is transmitted so that a vortex signal is induced on a PCCP wall; meanwhile, the alternating current signal is uploaded to a main control computer by the main engine; a receiving probe continuously responds the vortex signal to generate a voltage signal; S2: when the situation that the detection vehicle does not reach a preset position is detected, the step S1 is repeated; when the situation that the detection vehicle reaches the preset position is detected, the detection vehicle stops moving and a data acquisition card is triggered; the data acquisition card is used for acquiring the voltage signal in the receiving probe and uploading the voltage signal into the main control computer to be used for displaying, storing and carrying out fault judgment; and S3: the detection vehicle moves forwards again and the step S1 and the step S2 are repeated until the detection of a needed pipe section is finished.
