The invention discloses a switching method and system for business modes. The method and the system are used for switching different business modes without replacing special equipment. The method includes the steps that S1, an issuing interface corresponding to one business mode is opened to receive a business mode instruction, an execution device corresponding to the business mode is run, and meanwhile issuing interfaces and execution devices related with other business modes are closed; S2, an equipment type management device sets and stores an equipment type as the type of the current execution device; S3, when the business modes need to be switched, the current execution device is stopped from running, and the equipment type is set to be in an un-issued state through the equipment type management device; S4, the issuing interfaces of all the business modes are opened; S5, the business mode to be switched is selected, and then S1 and S2 are executed. Multiple business functions are unified to one hardware platform, so that the tax-control operation is easier and more convenient, and unified management is achieved.
