Abstract

The invention provides a device for cold press and water-addition conditioning of oil plants. The device comprises a material pan, a mixer shaft, stirring blades and a motor. The material pan is a barrel and is divided into three layers, namely an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer. The upper layer has a cover plate which is provided with a water-addition spray device and a feed inlet. Bottoms of the middle and lower layers of the material pan are respectively equipped with a feed opening which is provided with an automatic flow controlling gate. The bottom of the lower layer is provided with a discharge port. The motor is arranged on the cover plate of the upper layer. The mixer shaft driven by the motor is positioned at the central position of the material pan. The mixer shaft on each upper end face of each layer is provided with the stirring blades for stirring oil plants. According to the invention, water is added by auto-induction to make proportions of an oil plant and water consistent. Meanwhile, the three-layered stirring structure is arranged to stir a water-added material, thus making moisture of a press oil plant more uniform and consistent. Work efficiency of the device is high.
