Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: carrying out keep-alive pretreatment: putting fished disease-free live abalones into a temporary-culture water tank for feeding-stopped temporary culture, wherein the time for temporary culture is 24-36 hours; transferring the abalones, subjected to temporary culture treatment, onto a keep-alive transporting vehicle, and sprinkling cold seawater to cool to the temperature of 6-12 DEG C, wherein the cooling manner is uniform-speed cooling; adopting cold seawater combined sprinkling during keep-alive transporting, wherein raining type sprinkling and atomizing type sprinkling are combined; when the vehicle is close to a transportation destination, carrying out gradual sprinkled heating-up by using seawater, so as to adaptively wake up the abalones, and enabling the temperature of the abalones to rise to the mean daily temperature of seawater which is located at the destination; after the vehicle reaches the destination, putting the live abalones, which undergo the ending of live keeping, into the seawater of the destination for culture, and gradually recovering the normal feeding amount.
