Abstract

The invention discloses an implementation method of preventing and treating thrombus with black fungus. The implementation method comprises following steps: (1) soaking 500g of the black fungus in cold water; (2) crushing the black fungus through a pulverizer and extracting black fungus polysaccharide from the black fungus in a water-soluble manner or a lipid-soluble manner; (3) feeding experimental rabbits with each experimental black fungus polysaccharide component in equal amount for 2 months in an intragastric administration manner; (4) observing physical indexes of the experimental rabbits in vitro; (5) performing statistical analysis to the physical indexes of the experimental rabbits with results being all represented as (x+/-S), wherein a t-test method is employed for comparison among groups and a statistical difference exists with P<0.05. The method, by means of the black fungus polysaccharide in the black fungus, can prolong a forming time of New Zealand rabbit specific thrombus and fibrous protein thrombus, reduce in-vitro thrombus length and reduce wet weight and dry weight of the thrombus, can reduce platelet adhesiveness rate and blood viscosity, can significantly reduce a dissolving time of euglobulin, can reduce plasma fibrinogen content, can increase plasmin activity and has significant thrombus forming resistance.
