Abstract

The invention provides a system for detecting mounting height of a key position of a train. The system comprises an image collecting device and a data processing device. The image collecting device comprises a structural light projector and an image sensor. The structural light projector projects controllable light to the key position of the train. The image sensor takes a deformed image including the key position and the controllable light, transmits the deformed image to the data processing device, and is used for determining whether the mounting height of the key position is abnormal or not, and the position relation of the mounting height of the key position and the deformed image and the position relation of the structural light projector and the image sensor have a function relation. According to the system, a non-contact type structural light system is used for collecting the mounting height information of the key position, manual field measurement is not needed, devices at a plurality of key positions can be measured at the same time, and measurement precision can be higher than that of manual measurement. Meanwhile, the data processing device can fast determine whether the key position is abnormal or not, and is faster and more timely than manual feedback.
