Abstract

The invention discloses a zigbee technology based central air-conditioning cold source monitoring system and method. The tree topology is adopted to establish a cold source monitoring network, enabling a distributed address allocation mechanism to perform network address allocation, and the monitoring network is composed of a coordinator node, a routing node and a monitoring node. The coordinator node is a network center node, is responsible for establishment of a zigbee network and serves as a gateway node. The routing node is responsible for network routing and data transmitting. Terminal nodes include the monitoring node and a control node. A wireless zigbee technology is introduced into the central air-conditioning cold source monitoring system, the distributed address allocation mechanism performs network node address allocation, and a relevant gateway can be established between a Zigbee netork and a field bus network to serve as a bridge of the networks and to be merged into an existing FCS field bus network, so that an existing wired BACnet building automation system can conveniently perform expansion in a low operation cost mode and obtains high economic benefit.
