Benefits of technology

Inventions described in this patents aimed towards creation an improved way to gather seismics during explosion events or other situations where there are no natural resources available. These improvements include new methods that improve upon existing techniques like dynamite charges, but they also provide benefits beyond just generating seismicity without causing environmental harm. Additionally, these inventors developed a device called a simulated rammer that uses laser technology instead of bulky machinery to generate sound waves while driving through waters filled with air. By adjustably attaching it between two planks made up of metal foils, we found that the simulation was more effective than previous designs. Overall, these technical features make our current systems safer, efficient, affordable, versatile, and suitable for various applications involving hydrapower engineering.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding an efficient way to collect data from different regions that require monitoring during excitation with explosions or other means such as firearms without causing damage to their surrounding environments.

Abstract

The invention provides an environment-friendly system for acquiring artificial rammer seismic sources, belongs to the field of engineering exploration, and discloses a method for acquiring water seismic refraction data on the basis of artificial rammer seismic sources. The environment-friendly system can replace a system for acquiring explosive seismic sources. Problems of ecological environment destruction and pollution due to explosive seismic sources can be solved by the aid of the method. The method has the advantages that as verified by a series of tests for excitation energy of artificial rammers which are designed voluntarily, exploration requirements of common shallow seismic engineering can be met; meeting time distance curve observation systems are selectively utilized for acquiring the water seismic refraction data of river-crossing sections, aluminum alloy plates are knocked by the artificial rammers on shores to excite seismic waves, hydrophones are transported to receiving point positions by the aid of measuring lines which are arranged on gunwales in advance, and then seismic waves are received point by point at certain intervals, so that the data can be completely acquired; the method of a unit is successfully applied to domestic and overseas hydropower engineering and is high in practicality, and excellent effects are realized; the traditional modes for acquiring and operating water seismic refraction exploitation data are changed, and the method has a broad market prospect and high popularization value in hydropower water exploitation.
