Abstract

The invention provides a soft-turning-on electronic switch. The switch comprises a comparator, a control switch and an follow current circuit. The comparator generates control signals which comprise pulse signals with the duty ratio from narrow to wide and switching signals keeping at high levels. The control switch is arranged on a positive electrode or negative electrode of an input voltage and is connected with the comparator, and the control switch is turned on with the duty ratio increasing to a complete connecting mode gradually under the control of the control signals. The after-flow circuit is connected with the control switch and provides smoothly rising voltages for a load when the control switch is turned on. The switch is small in impact on load, power consumption and electromagnetic interference.
