The forming tooling comprises a lower base, wherein a plurality of guide posts are upwards arranged on the lower base; an upper base moveably penetrates through the guide posts; knobs used for downwards pushing the upper base to move are connected to the guide posts by threads; a cylindrical table and a guide base are upwards arranged on the lower base; a spherical groove is formed in the top end of the cylindrical table; a pressure ball is arranged at the spherical groove; a through hole is formed in the guide base and comprises a cylindrical table guide round hole and a transducer guide round hole which are communicated with each other; the inner wall, at the cylindrical table guide round hole, of the guide base is contacted with the outer side of the cylindrical table; the transducer guide round hole is used for attaching the whole side wall of a piezoelectric plate of an ultrasonic transducer to the inner wall, at the transducer guide round hole, of the guide base to move so as to contact the pressure ball, and the axial line of the transducer guide round hole penetrates through the sphere center of the pressure ball.
