Abstract

The buffer comprises a main body unit and a support unit for supporting the main body unit, wherein the main body unit comprises a cylinder block, a lower cover, an upper cover, a piston, a magnetic field device, a coil and the magneto-rheological cement gum; the upper cover and the lower cover are fixedly connected with the upper and lower ends of the cylinder block respectively in order to form a sealed accommodating space; the lower cover is fixedly connected with a support part; the middles of the upper cover and the lower cover are provided with a cover hole respectively; a piston is arranged between the two cover holes; a gap is formed between the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder block; the magnetic field device is fixed on a part, which is arranged in the accommodating space, of the piston; the magnetic field device is wound with the coil along a single direction; the accommodating space is filled with the magneto-rheological cement gum. By adopting the buffer, the buffer force and buffer capacity can be adjusted in a semi-active way, and the stability of the buffer force is improved. Meanwhile, the used magneto-rheological cement gum particles are prevented from settling, the buffer can work for a long time, and the sealing requirement is relatively low.
