The invention relates to a
hybrid energy dissipation vibration damping device which comprises a container, a
particle system and
viscous liquid. The
particle system comprises
solid particles, the
viscous liquid can be a
single type of liquid, or a plurality of types of liquid are mixed with one another to form the
viscous liquid, and the viscous liquid is accommodated inside the container; the
particle system is arranged in the viscous liquid, can float in the viscous liquid or can be sunken at the bottom of the viscous liquid; the viscous liquid can vibrate in the container. A function mechanism of the
hybrid energy dissipation vibration damping device is similar to a function mechanism of a
tuned liquid damper, the different types of liquid rub with one another to dissipate energy, structural
restoring force is provided for lateral pressure of the container, and structural amplitude is reduced; the
solid particles of the particle
system are collided with one another and rub with one another in the container to dissipate energy; the viscous liquid rubs with the particle
system or the particles to dissipate energy. The
hybrid energy dissipation vibration damping device has the advantages that merits of a particle
damper and merits of the
tuned liquid damper are integrated in the
hybrid energy dissipation vibration damping device, and the
hybrid energy dissipation vibration damping device is superior to the traditional
vibration damper with a single energy dissipation principle owing to various
hybrid energy dissipation mechanisms for liquid-phase
rubbing energy dissipation,
solid-phase collision and
rubbing energy dissipation, solid-liquid-phase
rubbing energy dissipation and the like.
