The invention discloses a dual-link data transmission method based on a network reliable transmission protocol. The dual-link data transmission method comprises the following steps: at first, setting length of single transmission data, and dividing the data required to transmit into one or more data blocks; and then establishing two links capable of reliably transmitting data in series between a device stored with data required to transmit and a device required to receive corresponding data; in transmission, performing the transmission operation on a first link from head to tail and the transmission operation on a second link from tail to head; at last, counting and comparing on the device required to receive corresponding data, and thereby realizing the reliable and high-efficient data transmission. During the whole transmission process, two links are fitted automatically, and thus the performance loss caused by inconsistent link speed can be automatically recovered, and the transmission efficiency is maximized.
