Embodiment 1

[0026] The preparation method of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0027] A preparation method for removing lead ions in water microwave nitric acid modified activated carbon comprises the following steps:

[0028] (1) Configure 5mol / L nitric acid solution.

[0029] (2) Immerse the activated carbon and the solution described in (1) at a ratio of 1:0.5g / L, heat it to 90°C with a power of 400w under microwave heating conditions and maintain it for 5min, and wash it repeatedly with deionized water until the pH of the filtrate is 7. Dry at 90°C for 6 hours to prepare activated carbon modified by microwave nitric acid for removing lead ions in water.

[0030] The microwave power affects the heating rate of the nitric acid solution, which in turn affects the intensity of the reaction. Appropriate microwave power can promote the oxidation of activated carbon by nitric acid, which is conducive to the formation of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surfa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of microwave nitric acid modified activated carbon for removing lead ions in water and application of the microwave nitric acid modified activated carbon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a nitric acid solution with the concentration being 5mol/L and more; and (2) dipping activated carbon into the solution prepared in the step (1), maintaining for a certain time under a microwave heating condition, washing, and drying, so as to obtain the microwave nitric acid modified activated carbon for removing the lead ions in the water. By virtue of the microwave heating temperature, the molecular activity is beneficially improved, and nitric acid can be in adequate contact with the activated carbon; furthermore, by virtue of increase of the temperature, the oxidability of the nitric acid is enhanced, so that the surface of the activated carbon can be oxidized within a short time, and the number of surface functional groups can be increased; by virtue of adequate maintenance time at a certain temperature, the activated carbon can be adequately oxidized by nitric acid molecules; but if the temperature is too high and the maintenance time is too long, pore passages of the activated carbon are easily blocked, and the adsorbing capacity of the lead ions is decreased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of microwave nitric acid modified activated carbon for removing lead ions in water. Background technique [0002] With the rapid process of industrialization and urbanization, a large amount of industrial wastewater containing heavy metal ions is discharged into water bodies in various forms, resulting in continuously increasing water pollution. Heavy metal pollution has become a worldwide problem. Among them, lead is a common heavy metal ion in heavy metal wastewater. It enters human tissues and organs through the digestive tract and respiratory tract. If it exceeds the safe intake, it will damage the nervous system, circulatory system, bones, endocrine system and immune system. Cause brain damage, behavior disorder, cognitive impairment, anemia and kidney damage. [0003] The traditional heating method is based on the principles of heat conduction, convection and radiation to transfer he...
