The heat exchange device comprises a heat exchanger and a water-cooled exhaust pipe. A cooling water way is formed between a smoke exhaust pipe and a shell, circulating water enters the cooling water way to cool the smoke exhaust pipe, and the temperature of a smoke outlet of the engine is reduced.
