The acquiring method comprises the following steps: acquiring a motor parameter of a compressor, a running current and a running frequency of the compressor in the air conditioner system; calculating a weak magnetic critical voltage based on the motor parameter, the running current and the running frequency, and acquiring a standby voltage given value based on the weak magnetic critical voltage; detecting an input voltage of the compressor, and acquiring an input voltage peak value based on the input voltage; and limiting the amplitude of the standby voltage given value based on the input voltage peak value, a preset lowest busbar voltage given value and a preset highest busbar voltage given value, so as to acquire the direct current busbar voltage given value. The acquiring method allows the direct current busbar voltage given value to meet the running requirements of the compressor, the hardware voltage-resistance requirements, and the lowest working voltage requirements of a switch power supply inside the air conditioner system at the same time, and allows a PFC circuit to have only the voltage boosting function.
