Abstract

The device includes first water quantity sensors which are arranged the outlets of runoff collecting tubes of surface runoff monitoring cells, and are used for obtaining surface runoff flow data and transmitting the surface runoff data to a wireless measurement and control module, second water quantity sensors which are arranged at outlets of irrigation water tubes at irrigation water openings of the surface runoff monitoring cells and are used for obtaining irrigation quantity data and transmitting the irrigation quantity data to the wireless measurement and control module, rainfall automatic monitors which are arranged at preset monitoring points and are used for obtaining rainfall data and transmitting the rainfall data to the wireless measurement and control module, the wireless measurement and control module which is used for receiving the surface runoff flow data, irrigation quantity data and rainfall data and transmitting the surface runoff flow data, irrigation quantity data and rainfall data to a remote receiving module, and the remote receiving module which is used for receiving the surface runoff flow data, irrigation quantity data and rainfall data transmitted by the wireless measurement and control module.
