delay calibration method comprises the following steps: under the condition that a
satellite-borne responder generates a downlink measurement and
control signal, executing time
delay compensation corresponding to integral multiple time delay compensation quantity on the downlink measurement and
control signal, and executing time delay compensation corresponding to decimal time delay compensation quantity on the downlink measurement and
control signal by using a variable decimal time delay filter, time delay compensation
processing on the downlink measurement and control
signal is completed; and sending the downlink measurement and control
signal after the time delay compensation to a ground measurement and control
station, so that the ground measurement and control
station calculates a target measurement and control quantity according to the downlink measurement and control
signal after the time delay compensation. According to the time delay calibration method, compensation of integral multiple time delay compensation amount can be realized, fine time delay compensation of decimal multiple time delay compensation amount can also be realized, the time delay calibration precision of a
satellite-ground measurement and control link is greatly improved, and the calculation accuracy of target measurement and control amount can be further improved.
