Abstract

The invention provides a magnetic liquid micropressure sensor in an inductance detection method, and belongs to the field of mechanical engineering measurement. The magnetic liquid micropressure sensor successfully solves a problem that an existing magnetic liquid micropressure sensor cannot be applied in engineering practice because of various structure problems. The device comprises a pressure balance chamber (1), a first induction coil (2), a first permanent magnet (3), an iron core (4), a second permanent magnet (5), a second induction coil (6), a housing (7), a magnetic liquid (8), and a pressure regulator valve (9). When the external has pressure, a mobile component moves in the housing, volumes of the iron core on the first induction coil and the second induction coil are changed, so as to change inductance of the first induction coil and the second induction coil, and furthermore, an external bridge circuit outputs corresponding voltage signals. Values of detection pressure of the sensor and output voltage values are in linear relation, linearity is lower than 1%, and sensitivity is very high.
