The invention discloses a Shuangzuotai vagina effervescence tablet which is prepared from the following raw materials: 200 g of metronidazole, 160 g of mycosporin, 8 g of chlorhexidine acetate, 50-53 g of starch, 125 g of citric acid, 109.6 g of sodium bicarbonate, 102-106 g of lactose, 8-12 g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 8 g of magnesium stearate, 25 g of 10 wt% starch slurry and 25 g of 4 wt% HPMC solution. According to the Shuangzuotai vagina effervescence tablet, as citric acid and sodium bicarbonate are used as an effervescing agent, a proper amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate is added to be used as a foaming agent, and starch which has good disintegration performance and is economical and easily available and a proper amount of lactose are used as a filler, the prepared tablet can reach the established clinical medication standard and general principles of the Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 second section on tablets in various aspects such as appearance, foam volume, pH value and the like.
