The oral care composition comprises the following ingredients by weight percent: 14.35-99% of aloe gel liquor, 0.001-0.15% of B-vitamins, 0.001-5% of essential oil, 0.001-8% of an absorption promoter and 0.1-15% of a surfactant and a solubilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the B-vitamins and water-soluble components in the absorption promoter into the aloe gel liquor, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed solution; emulsifying and solubilizing the essential oil and water-insoluble components in the absorption promoter by the surfactant and the solubilizer, then adding the emulsified and solubilized materials into the mixed solution, and stirring or homogenizing to obtain the oral care composition. The oral care composition can prevent, relieve and soothe various oral inflammations to promote healing of wound surfaces and accelerate restoration of oral mucosas. When the oral care composition remains for a longer time in the oral cavity, the utilization ratio can be improved and the effect taking time can be prolonged.
