The invention provides a method and a system for realizing interactive advertising and marketing of products based on a video scene changing analysis. The method for realizing the interactive advertising and marketing of the products comprises a step of detecting a time position of each scene change in the video; a step of finding target product information included in the scene in video images and voices during a time period of each scene; a step of building a video scene description database, and adding the target product information to the video scene description database; transmitting original video data and video scene data to terminal equipment via a server; after the terminal equipment receives and analyzes the video scene data and the original video data, waiting for a user input which indicates whether more advertising information and more purchase information of the target product are required to be provided. The invention further provides a system for realizing the method.
