Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can improve the exterior appearance of a sun visor body. SOLUTION: A sun visor body 110 includes a bearing member 140, a frame 170, a reinforcing plate 180, and a first pad 191 and a second pad 192 that are disposed on respective sides of the reinforcing plate 180. The bearing member 140 includes a body portion 141 including a bearing portion 150, and displacement prevention portions 142 and 143 that are disposed on respective sides of the body portion 141 in a longitudinal direction of a horizontal shaft portion 103b of a support shaft 103. The frame 170 includes space forming portions 174 and 175 that are disposed on respective sides in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal shaft portion 103b. A space 170a (170b), which is opened toward the horizontal shaft portion 120b-side, is formed by the bearing member 140 and the space forming portion 174 (175). The first pad 191 and the second pad 192 are disposed in an an area other than side surfaces of the body portion 141 of the bearing member 140.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a technique for reducing the thickness of a sun visor main body of a vehicle sun visor. Background technique [0002] Generally, a sun visor main body constituting a vehicle sun visor includes a bearing member formed of resin and including a bearing portion supporting a support shaft, and spacers formed of polyurethane foam and arranged on both sides of the bearing member. In recent years, it has been required to reduce the thickness of the sun visor main body. However, although the thickness of the spacer can be reduced to some extent, there is a limit in reducing the thickness of the bearing member. As such, a step is formed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the bearing member, and this results in a deteriorated appearance (outside appearance) of the sun visor main body. In view of this, it is conceivable to use a configuration in which each of both sides of the bearing member is not covered by the spa...
