Compared with the prior art, surface temperature of the region around the target region is lowered through the regional PM2.5 clearing device disclosed by the invention, meanwhile the temperature of the target region is raised, and an obvious temperature difference is formed, so that the air circulation is caused, main components of the PM2.5 enter into the atmospheric circulation through the flow of air, and the haze situation of the target region is extensively avoided.
