The regional PM2.5 clearing device is used for decreasing the concentration of PM2.5 in a target region and comprises a reflective mirror and a clearing ring which are in revolution around the Earth, wherein revolution periods of the reflective mirror and the clearing ring are the same as the rotation period of the Earth, and the clearing ring flies over the target region; light is converged by the reflective mirror to illuminate the target region, so that the temperature of the target region is raised; the illuminating light of a region around the target region is shaded by using the clearing ring, so that the temperature of the region around the target region is lowered, a temperature difference is formed, then atmospheric circulation is formed, and the PM2.5 in the target region is cleared. Compared with the prior art, surface temperature of the region around the target region is lowered through the regional PM2.5 clearing device disclosed by the invention, meanwhile the temperature of the target region is raised, and an obvious temperature difference is formed, so that the air circulation is caused, main components of the PM2.5 enter into the atmospheric circulation through the flow of air, and the haze situation of the target region is extensively avoided.
