The electronic device comprises a processing unit, a signal sending unit, a power amplifier unit, a switch power supply unit, a proportion amplifying unit and a voltage controlled matching unit. The processing unit is used for determining a to-be-sent radio frequency signal, obtaining envelope information of the radio frequency signal and working state information of the electronic device and determining amplifying proportion based on working state information. The signal sending information is used for generating a radio frequency signal. The power amplifier unit is used for receiving the radio frequency signal sent by the signal sending unit and performing power amplifying for the radio frequency signal. The switch power supply unit is used for providing power supply voltage for the power amplifier unit, wherein the power supply voltage is generated based on the envelope information of the radio frequency signal obtained by the processing unit. The proportion amplifying unit is used for amplifying the power supply voltage provided by the switch power supply unit based on the amplifying proportion determined by the processing unit. The voltage-controlled matching unit is connected with the output end of the power amplifier unit and used for performing output impedance matching for the power amplifier unit based on different impedance values which appear according to different voltage values amplified by the proportion amplifying unit.
