After the small hole of the shaft sleeve sleeves a shaft of the explosion-proof motor, the pressing plate presses the step and then the pressing plate and the shaft of the explosion-proof motor are fastened by a first bolt and a first gasket. The blades are installed on the shaft sleeve; and the explosion-proof motor is localized and installed on the fan cover by a seam allowance. According to the invention, the structure is reasonable; the manufacturing of the cooling fan is convenient; and the manufacturer can complete manufacturing of the cooling fan by itself.
