Benefits of technology

This patented method involves treating contaminated waters by adding special materials that help fight harmful substances like nitrogen compounds or pesticides into these waters through various methods including filtrating, fixing onto porous material, filling it up with other types of particles, etc., resulting in stable systems running smoothly without any issues related to environmental factors. Additionally, this approach provides effective ways to remove certain chemical species from those waters while maintaining their beneficial properties (COD) levels. Overall, this new technique helps improve the performance of existing processes used during purification operations.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the efficiency and thoroughness of treating domestic sewerages through various techniques such as physicochemical methods like settling, filtering, water clarifying agents, and membrane separators. These processes have limitations due to factors like high levels of contaminating elements present during previous stages of processing, which makes it challenges to effectively reduce harmful effects caused from these sources.

Abstract

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment process adopting a porous filler to fix dominant bacteria. The wastewater treatment process comprises the following steps: (1) performing slag separation, sand setting and oil removal on wastewater; (2) adjusting the pH value of wastewater; (3) enabling wastewater of which the pH is adjusted to enter a tertiary facultative tank to be subjected to tertiary treatment; (4) enabling water getting out of the facultative tank to enter a pre-aeration tank; (5) enabling water getting out of the pre-aeration tank to enter a first-section aerobic tank; (6) enabling water getting out of the first-section aerobic tank to enter an intermediate sedimentation tank; (7) enabling water getting out of the intermediate sedimentation tank to enter a second-section/third-section aerobic tank; (8) enabling water getting out of the second-section/third-section aerobic tank to sequentially enter a coagulating sedimentation reaction tank, an inclined-tube sedimentation tank and a sand filter to be treated and then discharged in a standard manner. The wastewater treatment process provided by the invention can realize continuous treatment of organic wastewater and has a good treatment effect.
