The method comprises the steps that a server determines an unique identifier of webpage information and request submitting time after receiving a request for submitting the webpage information and searches the cache for judging whether cache information corresponding to the unique identifier of the webpage information exists or not; if the cache information exists, processing of the submitting request is rejected; if not, corresponding service logic processing is executed; meanwhile the unique identifier of the webpage information and the request submitting time are used as cache information to be stored in the cache, and the corresponding overdue time is set; after the service logic processing corresponding to the webpage information submitting request is finished, the cache information corresponding to the unique identifier of the webpage information is removed; when a client submits the webpage information request, the cache information corresponding to the unique identifier of the webpage information and the corresponding overdue time are obtained by requesting the server; the client judges whether the cache information corresponding to the webpage information or not and whether the cache is overdue or not; if yes, the webpage information request is not submitted to the server; if not, the webpage information request is submitted to the server.
