An electronic waste recycling system based on internet of things comprises a control center and a plurality of recycling bins which are connected via a network, each recycling bin comprises a main control computer, a barcode printer, a card reader, a touch screen, a storage box, a drawer slot, an infrared monitor and a first communication unit, and the control center comprises a management platform, a warehouse management unit, a statistics unit, a member management unit and a second communication unit. The recycling bins and the control center are in networking connection to form an integrated operation network, the recycling bins interact with the outside world via the input devices, and the collected information is processed by a center cloud terminal. The electronic waste recycling system of the present invention utilizes the internet of things technology fully and gathers the numbers and the types of the wastes automatically, thereby saving the manpower investment of a recycling mechanism substantially, and improving the working efficiency.
