Abstract

The invention discloses a microblog system friend recommending method based on neighbor relations. The method is mainly characterized in that the current positions and the interests of online users are combined, microblog users who has similar interests within a user view range are recommended to a source user, and an approach for establishing connection and communication with surrounding interested persons surrounding persons who the user might be interested in is provided to a social media user. Thus, the method comprises the steps of: firstly establishing a neighbor group for the source user, and then utilizing a word bag and matrix decomposition method to excavate the interest of the user from microblog content; then measuring the interest similarity of the microblog users in the neighbor group through a hypercube; and finally providing a shortcut algorithm for theme matching so as to further improve the accuracy of interest recommendation. By adopting the method, precise interest recommendation can be carried out on the microblog users who are at the same place at present, and the purposes that information which the user might be interested in are excavated from mass microblog data and the connection among the users are facilitated are achieved.
