Embodiment Construction

[0019] Under the temperature condition of 25-32 ℃, use Guisangyou 62 and Guiyu P58 (the varieties used are all from the applicant unit, and all the public can obtain them through open channels) to carry out the cutting test. Set 30 cuttings for each variety, and follow the steps below operate:

[0020] (1) Preparation of flower mud

[0021] According to the number of branches to be cut, prepare flower mud (phenolic plastic flower mud); soak the flower mud in water one week in advance, and replace the soaking water every day to promote the flower mud to fully absorb water and discharge harmful chemicals; the day before use, use 0.1% high Potassium manganate solution soaking;

[0022] (2) Cutting of flower mud

[0023] The flower mud cutting should be taken out 2 hours in advance to control the water for later use. According to the requirements of mulberry tree cuttings and cuttings, the flower mud cutting specifications should be length×width×height=3~5cm×3~5cm×8~10cm (such a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for conducting cuttage and rapid propagation on mulberries through flower mud. The flower mud is used as cuttage media for cuttage of the mulberries. Experiments show that the flower mud can completely meet the cuttage rooting medium requirement of the mulberries, and water retention can be effectively achieved; besides, permeability is good, rooting is facilitated, a plurality of roots can grow, and the roots are robust; watering is not needed any more before rooting, and labor and time are saved. Compared with a river sand medium mulberry cuttage method, the rooting time is 3-6 days ahead of time through flower mud cuttage, the roots are robust without rotting, and the rooting period is earlier than the budbreak period. Moreover, mulberry seedlings which survive through flower mud cuttage can be directly used for planting in production without seedling hardening. In addition, the seedlings are carried with the flower mud and can be packaged into boxes or binned, the roots cannot be hurt, freshness can be retained, and cost is low. Carrying and transferring are facilitated, selling transportation is facilitated, and the economic value is greatly increased. Hence, by using the flower mud as the cuttage media, the cost is low, the effect is good and it is guaranteed that the mulberry seedlings can develop and grow normally.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of mulberry tree cultivation, in particular to a method for rapid propagation of mulberry tree cuttings by using flower mud. Background technique [0002] Mulberry trees can reproduce sexually and asexually. The asexual reproduction method adopted in production is mainly grafting, but its cost is high and special technicians are required to operate it. Cuttings in asexual rapid propagation are relatively convenient. The commonly used cutting substrate is river sand. Coarse sand has good permeability but poor water retention, while fine sand has poor water retention but poor air permeability, which is easy to cause rotten roots and weakened hair roots. It affects the survival rate of cuttings and the survival rate after hardening. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for rapid propagation of mulberry cuttings by using flower mud with l...
