The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated

plasticizer, characterized by the following specific steps for manufacturing the concrete prefabricated

plasticizer: weighing 15-20 parts by
mass of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, adding 150-160 parts by
mass of water and stirring uniformly for later use; adding the prepared 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic
acid water solution to a vessel, heating until the temperature rises to 42DEG C, and adding 5-6 parts of 2,2'-
azobisisobutyronitrile and 2-3 parts of
sodium thiosulfate; and continuing stirring, regulating the pH value to be equal to 6.5, after the temperature drops to 30DEG C, respectively adding 20-30 parts of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl
ammonium chloride and 10-15 parts of hexafluorobutyl
methacrylate, and uniformly mixing. The
plasticizer in the concrete prefabricated
bridge deck slab improves the surface polarity of
cement particles in concrete, promotes dispersion of the
cement particles, improves the liquidity of concrete, performs effective
moisture holding on concrete, prolongs the
setting time of concrete, enables complete
hydration reaction of concrete, and improves the compression strength and tensile strength of a concrete slab.
