Abstract

The invention discloses a maneuvering bottom resting offshore platform which comprises a platform body provided with multiple watertight compartments and ballast tanks. Air bag compartments communicated with the outer side of the bottom of the platform body are arranged in the platform body. Air bags capable of extending to the bottom of the platform body are arranged in the air bag compartments. Multiple locating devices are arranged on the periphery of the platform body respectively. Each locating device comprises a locating pile penetrating a locating pile hole and an adjusting device used for adjusting the length of the portion, extending downwards to the outer side of the bottom of the platform body, of the locating pile. In the bottom resting process, the locating piles are placed in the locating pile holes, so that the bottoms of the locating piles make contact with the surface of a foundation, and the platform body is temporarily fixed to the foundation. Water is injected into the ballast tanks, the lengths of the portions, extending out of the bottom of the platform body, of all the locating piles are controlled, the falling position and the levelness of the platform body are adjusted, the air bags are placed down from the air bag compartments and inflated, and therefore gaps between the platform body and the surface of the foundation are filled.
