Abstract

The invention aims to provide a scallop heartbeat index based rapid seed selection method. In vitro non-invasive and non-destructive heartbeat detection is carried out on a scallop and the obtained scallop heartbeat frequency and waveform serve as the bases for rapid seed selection of the scallop. The method combines the infrared sensing technology, the filter technology and the waveform amplification technology, so that the heartbeat frequency and waveform of the scallop can be rapidly and sensitively captured and detected. Compared with traditional methods, the method has the characteristics of non-invasiveness, non-destructiveness, long-term tracking, and the like, and uses scallop heartbeat as the rapid seed selection index for the first time. A research basis can be provided for breeding of patinopecten yessoensis resistant varieties and establishment of a resistance index system by adopting the method.
