Abstract

An automatic levelling device and method for a slope-variable inclined operation container is applied to car bodies of inclined operation containers or mancars which are changed in slope or change track to operate due to influences of building shapes or working conditions of roadways. The device comprises a car body, a movable bottom plate, an automatic levelling assembly and a pulley or a backpack bearing frame; the automatic levelling of the slope-variable inclined operation container is realized by changing the angle of a lifting platform on the pulley or the backpack bearing frame under various working conditions; when the inclined operation container operates at a slope-variable guide rail section, and a position posture sensor monitors that the angle of the car body is changed, a signal is transmitted to an automatic levelling control system, and the control system controls a servo motor to move after analyzing the signal; and the automatic levelling assembly compensates the angle change of the car body to enable the car body to be in a horizontal posture all the time, thereby realizing the operation of the inclined operation container on the slope-variable tracks.
