Abstract

The invention discloses an auxiliary replacement device for post insulators, which comprises a hanging part, a supporting part and a limiting part. The hanging part is connected with one end of the supporting part. The other end of the supporting part is connected with the limiting part. The supporting part is arranged under a post insulator and is used for supporting the post insulator. By means of the auxiliary replacement device for post insulators, when the maintenance personnel is to replace or maintain a faulted post insulator in a substation, the hanging part of the auxiliary replacement device is hung onto an angled blade plate. Meanwhile, the limiting part is connected with an aluminum busbar and the faulted post insulator is placed on the supporting part. In this way, the faulted post insulator is supported by the supporting part during the replacement or maintenance process of the faulted post insulator, so that the maintenance personnel does not need to manually hold the post insulator. Therefore, the device lightens the working strength and shortens the replacement time, thereby improving the production efficiency and lowering the security risk. Meanwhile, the device is simple in structure and convenient to carry about.
