The invention provides a face washing instrument with a massaging function. The face washing instrument comprises an outer casing. A face cavity which is provided with massage rods is formed in the front section of the outer casing; positioning balls arranged at tail ends of the massage rods are mounted in a hollow plate; the hollow plate is connected with a crankshaft through a shaft sleeve, and the crankshaft is connected with a drive motor through a connecting sleeve. The hollow plate is further connected with a hot water pipe and a cool water pipe, and the hot water pipe and the cool water pipe are connected to a water heater through solenoid valves. The lower portion of the face cavity is connected with a return pipe which is further connected with the water heater through a water purifier. The motor drives the massage rods to massage user's face gently and user's face can be washed under high pressure through pores in the massage rods; thus, bacterial influence caused by washing face with hands is avoided and user's face is massaged and cleaned effectively.
