Abstract

The device for preparing the wave-absorbing coating comprises a base module, a bearing module, a storing module, a transmission module, a motor module, a heating module and a control system module. The storing module is mainly composed of a storing tank, a roller head and a screw micrometer, and the thickness of the coating is controlled by adjusting the height of the roller head through the screw micrometer. The bearing module is mainly composed of a supporting plate and a heating mechanism. A plastic film is adopted by the transmission module to serve as a conveying device, and the steering function is achieved through a roller. The motor module is an additional module and provides power for the whole preparing device through gears. Resistance wires are adopted by the heating module for heating. Point control is adopted by the control module, and the control module is provided with a speed regulating button and a temperature control button. The device for preparing the wave-absorbing coating has the advantages that the thickness of the coating is controlled accurately, the surface of the coating is smooth, the structure is simple, and cost is low.
