The fixed frame is installed on a wall. A tank body is fixed to the middle of the fixed frame. The three-level pressurizing chamber is controlled by a hydraulic rod above the fixed frame. The vacuum chamber is arranged in the circulation chamber. The gas inlet end of the nitrogen inlet pipe is arranged on the three-level pressurizing chamber. The gas outlet end of the nitrogen inlet pipe is directly connected with a gas inlet of the vacuum chamber. The tail end of the circulation chamber is further provided with a wind suction implement.
