The method for removing the oil extraction polymer from the crude oil is provided for the problem that when the crude oil obtained through polymer flooding is demulsified on the ground and conveyed, efficiency of a heat exchanger is remarkably reduced. The oil extraction polymer in the crude oil can be removed, and the steps are simple and easy to realize; moreover, the used barium sulfate microspheres can be reused, and cost of the method is reduced.
