The method includes the following steps that: a compressed air energy storage model is established, and a mathematical relationship between energy storage power and energy is obtained; a microgrid capacity optimization upper-level model is established according to the compressed air energy storage model and the mathematical models of other distributed power sources, and a microgrid optimal capacity configuration problem is solved; a microgrid operation optimization lower-level model is established, and relevant constraint conditions are set, and a microgrid optimal operation mode under constant capacity is determined; a genetic algorithm is adopted to solve an upper-level integer programming problem, and a mixed integer linear programming solver is adopted to solve a lower-level mixed integer linear programming problem, and iteration calculation is performed on the upper-level model and the lower-level model, and a microgrid optimal capacity configuration result which satisfies convergence conditions can be obtained.
