The method comprises the steps that the driving waveform driving the quartz watch to rotate is output through two output ends OUT1 and OUT2; when the quartz watch rotates clockwise, the output end OUT1 outputs a pulse with a voltage amplitude of +1.5 V and a pulse width of 5.9 ms firstly; when the quartz watch rotates anticlockwise, the output end OUT1 outputs a pulse with a voltage amplitude of +0.8-+1.0 V and a pulse width of 0.2 ms firstly, then outputs a pulse with a voltage amplitude of +1.5 V and a pulse width of 0.2 ms 0.4 ms later, outputs a pulse with a voltage amplitude of -1.5 V and a pulse width of 4.9 ms, and finally outputs a pulse with a voltage amplitude of +1.5 V and a pulse width of 5.9 ms in the opposite direction.
