The block-shaped alien earth planting layer comprises an upper wind-formed silty sand layer, a lower large particle layer and a middle mesh cloth positioned between the upper wind-formed silty sand layer and the lower large particle layer, wherein the bottom of the large particle layer is a V-shaped structure; a plurality of filter pipes are paved in parallel along surfaces of two slopes at the bottom of the large particle layer, and the filter pipes on the surfaces of the two slopes intersect at the lowest positions of the bottoms of the slopes; geotechnical cloth furtehr covers the circumference of the block-shaped alien earth planting layer and the bottom of the large particle layer; and a blind channel perpendicular to the cross section of the planting layer is further arranged at the lowest positions of the bottoms of the slopes of the large particle layer with the geotechnical cloth. After the block-shaped alien earth planting layer provided by the present invention is used on a saline and alkali land, while salinity in the earth is controlled effectively, the circumstances of surrounding salinity evasion and rising of an underground water level in the alien earth region can be avoided.
