The lower part of the shock absorber is provided with the oil storage cylinder, and the side part of the shock absorber is provided with the bypass passage, so that an emergency intervention mechanism is formed; under the emergency condition that side turning possibly occurs, the one-way variable hydraulic pump arranged on the bypass passage actively gets involved to pump oil; the oil pressure balance is controlled; the automobile stability is maintained; and the vehicle side turning is effectively inhibited.
