Abstract

The fan board comprises a voltage adsorption circuit, a voltage input control circuit and L fans, wherein L is a natural number which is not less than 2; the voltage adsorption circuit comprises a capacitor and resistors which are mutually connected in parallel, wherein the capacitor and the resistors which are mutually connected in parallel are connected in series; the other end of the capacitor is connected to the voltage input position of the fan board; the other ends of the resistors which are mutually connected in parallel are connected to the earthing position of the fan board; one end of the voltage input control circuit is connected to the voltage input position of the fan board; and the other end of the voltage input control circuit is connected with the L fans to independently output a start control signal and voltage to the L fans.
