Abstract

The invention discloses an SLA system framework for automatic feedback adjustment in a cloud computing environment and an adjustment method. The system comprises a resource layer, an execution layer, a judgment layer and a CBR retrieval analysis layer, wherein the execution layer is used for carrying out management on an SLA which is generated through consultation between a cloud service consumer and a cloud service response agent; the judgment layer is used for measuring SLA parameters of the resource layer in real time, comparing with an expected SLA threshold, and transmitting cases to the CBR retrieval analysis layer; and the CBR retrieval analysis layer is used for finding out similar cases according to QoS parameter values of related services in a cloud service history SLA and possible SLA violation cases and an artificial swarm modifier, sorting the cases according to the similarity, and selecting or modifying the case with the maximum similarity to deliver to the execution layer. According to the SLA system framework, SLA violation preventing adaptive adjustment can be automatically carried out; the quality of service requirement expected by the cloud service consumer is reached; a cloud service provider can avoid SLA violation; the reputation of the cloud service provider is maintained; and economic losses are avoided.
