The unit is provided with water pipes and gas pipes, wherein a circulation is formed by the unit and the heat exchanger through the water pipes and hot gas is conveyed to the heat exchanger through the gas pipes. The remotely-arranged water tank is provided with a water conveying pipe for conveying cooling water to the heat exchanger and a backflow pipe allowing water to flow back to the remotely-arranged water tank, wherein the backflow pipe is provided with a heat utilization device. By the adoption of the remotely-arranged heat dissipation system, the unit and the heat exchanger are arranged outside, the heat exchange process is finished outdoors, and the problem of poor ventilation is solved; and the unit is communicated with the heat exchanger through the water pipes and the gas pipes, heat of hot gas and hot water generated by the unit is exchanged simultaneously, cold gas and cold water obtained after heat exchange flow back to the unit, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the system is greatly improved.
