The aviation pressure refueling adapter comprises a pedestal, a valve, a pipe joint, a spring and a sealing ring, wherein the pedestal is of a hollow structure; one end of the pedestal is fixedly connected with the pipe joint to form an accommodation cavity, and the other end of the pedestal is connected with a ground refueling connection nozzle; one end of the valve is provided with an outer conical surface; the other end of the valve is provided with a groove; through holes are formed longitudinally along the side wall of the groove; the valve and the spring are arranged in the accommodation cavity; one end of the spring is in contact with the pipe joint; the other end of the spring is arranged in the groove at one end of the valve; the outer conical surface of the valve is matched with the pedestal in a sealed manner; and the sealing ring is arranged between the match surfaces of the valve and the pedestal.
