The transmitting unit comprises a compressor, a nitrogen pipeline, a lubricating oil pipeline, a cooling water pipeline and a heating assembly. The main control unit is connected with the compressor and the heating assembly. The main control unit is connected with an inlet valve and an outlet valve of the nitrogen pipeline, an inlet valve and an outlet valve of the lubricating oil pipeline, and an inlet valve and an outlet valve of the cooling water pipeline. The main control unit is used for controlling the heating assembly to heat the lubricating oil pipeline, starting/stopping a motor of the compressor, controlling nitrogen to be input into/output out of the nitrogen pipeline, conveying lubricating oil to a machine gear oil pump and an external gear oil pump through the lubricating oil pipeline, and conveying cooling water into the cooling water pipeline.
