Abstract

The invention provides a brushless motor rotor structure employing built-in magnetic steel tangential magnetization, and the structure comprises a rotating shaft, a rotor core, and magnetic steels. The magnetic steels are inset in the rotor core, and the rotor core is fixed on the rotating shaft. The rotor core is formed by the alternate superposing of first rotor punching sheets and second rotor punching sheets through a self-buckling riveting mechanism, wherein the first and second punching sheets are provided with magnetic steel grooves. The magnetic steel is inserted into the magnetic steel grooves in a tangential manner. The structure can effectively reduce magnetic leakage of a motor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rotor structure of a brushless motor, in particular to a rotor structure of a brushless motor adopting built-in magnetic steel for tangential magnetization. Background technique [0002] The traditional brushless motor rotor structure adopts surface-mounted magnetic steel or built-in radial magnetization structure. In practical applications, under the limited motor volume, it is necessary to increase the rated output power of the motor. The radial magnetization structure is limited by the volume. Restriction does not provide enough flux. The tangential magnetization can realize the parallel connection of two magnetic steels to provide magnetic flux, which obviously improves the air gap magnetic flux and increases the rated output power of the motor. The existing tangential magnetization technology has the following disadvantages: serious magnetic flux leakage, low utilization rate of magnetic steel; stainless steel is requir...
